These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications (including our iOS and Android apps, such as “The Lions Cage: Home Run Derby”), products, services, and related offerings operated by The Nashville Lions Cage LLC (“The Lions Cage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to thelionscage.com and The Lions Cage mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for general audiences. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Our mobile apps may be subject to age ratings; your use must comply with those ratings and applicable law.

3. Accounts And Registration

Some features of the Services may be used without creating an account. Other features require registration.

If you choose to participate, your username and scores may be publicly displayed, scores are not guaranteed to be permanent, and we may reset, remove, or moderate scores at any time. Cheating, exploitation, or manipulation of gameplay or scores is prohibited.

6. Merchandise And Purchases

We may offer merchandise and other products for sale through our website or related platforms. All purchases are subject to availability, pricing, and applicable payment terms. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by the policies presented at the time of purchase.

You may choose to sign up for marketing communications, including emails. Marketing communications are optional and opt-in only. You may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions provided in the communication.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nashville Lions Cage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
