This Privacy Policy describes how The Nashville Lions Cage LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information through our websites, our mobile applications for iOS and Android (including “The Lions Cage: Home Run Derby”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

If you create an account, we may collect:

Email address (or, when you use Apple Sign-In, an Apple-relay email if you choose to hide your email)
Username and display name
Authentication method (email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In)
Profile or avatar photo, if you choose to add one

B. Gameplay and App Data

We may collect:

Game scores and performance data (including daily and all-time high scores)
Leaderboard participation status and, if you opt in, your username and scores for display on leaderboards
Locked daily high scores and related timestamps when you use “Lock & Share”
App usage events and timestamps

C. Website and Purchase Data

If you interact with our website or purchase merchandise, we may collect contact information, order and transaction details, and customer support communications.

D. Usage and Technical Data

We may collect device and operating system information, app version and identifier, browser information, general usage analytics, and crash/performance data.

E. Marketing Preferences

If you opt in, we collect marketing communication preferences and opt-in/opt-out timestamps.

F. Moderation and Safety

To keep the Services safe and enforce our terms, we may collect and process reports you submit about other users and account or username status related to moderation.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the Services; process transactions and fulfill orders; enable account features, leaderboards, and daily score lock & share; display leaderboards when you opt in; moderate content and respond to reports and abuse; send marketing communications only if you have opted in; improve performance, security, and reliability; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to support our Services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, and payment processors. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers necessary to operate the Services, when you use in-app sharing, to comply with legal obligations or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users and the Services.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to applicable law and our ability to retain certain data for legal or safety reasons).

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may use portions of the Services without creating an account where offered, opt out of marketing communications at any time, and request access to or deletion of your personal information. Requests may be submitted to contact@thelionscage.com.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our mobile apps may be subject to age ratings on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store; we do not allow use of the Services in violation of those ratings or applicable law.

9. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
