THE NASHVILLE LIONS CAGE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications (including our iOS and Android apps, such as “The Lions Cage: Home Run Derby”), products, services, and related offerings operated by The Nashville Lions Cage LLC (“The Lions Cage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to thelionscage.com and The Lions Cage mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for general audiences. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Our mobile apps may be subject to age ratings (e.g., 13+ or 17+) on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store; your use must comply with those ratings and applicable law.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some features of the Services may be used without creating an account. Other features, including saved scores, leaderboards, daily score lock & share, purchases, and certain app functionality, require registration.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Maintain the security of your credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

4. Usernames and conduct

If you create an account, you may be required to choose a username.

Usernames:

  • Must be unique

  • May be publicly visible (for example, on leaderboards)

  • Must not be offensive, misleading, harassing, or infringe on others’ rights

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or restrict usernames at our discretion, including for moderation and safety.

You may report other users or content that you believe violates these Terms or is harmful. We may use reports to investigate and take action (e.g., warning, suspension, or termination). Abuse of the reporting feature may result in action against your account.

5. Gameplay, Scores, and Leaderboards

The Services may include interactive gameplay features, including score tracking, daily high scores, and leaderboards.

Participation in leaderboards is optional. If you choose to participate:

  • Your username and scores may be publicly displayed

  • Scores are not guaranteed to be permanent

  • We may reset, remove, or moderate scores at any time

  • “Lock & Share” and similar features allow you to lock a daily score and share it; shared content is subject to the terms of the platform you share to (e.g., social networks, messaging apps)

  • Cheating, exploitation, or manipulation of gameplay or scores is prohibited6. Merchandise and Purchases

All purchases are subject to availability, pricing, and applicable payment terms. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by the policies presented at the time of purchase.

  • Attempt to bypass security measures

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

The Services may use third-party services (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, Firebase). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s terms and policies. Download and use of our mobile apps may also be subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nashville Lions Cage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
